Shipping Policy

Last Updated: 12/12/2025 The Custom Bloom ships all orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Processing time for custom items is typically 5-7 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Shipping time begins after the order has been processed and fulfilled. Once a package is handed to the carrier, Custom Bloom is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery errors. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details; orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos at info.thecustombloom@gmail.com.
