Refund & Return Policy

Because all Custom Bloom products are handmade and personalized, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom items unless there is a clear mistake made by us. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos so we can review the issue. We will replace items only in cases of verified damage or errors caused by The Custom Bloom. We are not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers, misuse, or normal wear. Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing an order, as custom work begins quickly. For help with any order concerns, please email info.thecustombloom@gmail.com.
